Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Note for EU/EEA residents: Statutory consumer rights under your local law (such as the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services) may apply and take precedence over this policy. Paddle, as the Merchant of Record, ensures compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

Not Eligible for a Refund
- Requests made more than 24 hours after the initial purchase date
- Subscription renewals — you will receive a reminder email before each renewal; it is your responsibility to cancel in advance if you no longer wish to continue
- Upgrade charges (e.g., Pro → Max) made more than 24 hours after the upgrade
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for policy violations
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
- A brief description of the issue (optional, but helpful)
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Once approved, Paddle will process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — please submit a refund request separately if you are within the 24-hour window.
To cancel:
- Open FluxText → Settings → Account
- Click Manage Billing
- In the Paddle portal, select Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
